Benjamin Gibson is a life coach, award-winning multi-state licensed pharmacist, and published author on PubMed. My work spans multiple platforms: radio guest, best-selling book author, international podcast host, international newspaper reporter, and health coach who integrates technology with a nutrition-focused approach. My forthcoming book is how probiotics prevent disease.

I have appeared as a guest on a Los Angeles radio station, reaching an audience of up to 8 million listeners, where I discussed cannabidiol (CBD). I was featured on WellMed Radio, speaking to more than 550,000 geriatric patients about how better nutrition can improve health. I have also been interviewed on The Michael Brian Show, an internationally broadcast online program.

Through my coaching, I help clients improve sleep, lose weight, and strengthen bones in just 16 minutes a day—without medicine or exercise—using innovative technology.

I am an internationally published freelance writer, podcast host (anchor.fm/foodhealthfacts), and pharmacist with research published on PubMed. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Doctorate in Pharmacy, where I studied medicine extensively. Over the past decade, I have immersed myself in peer-reviewed literature on food and supplements, translating complex scientific jargon into clear, accessible language. My upcoming book on probiotics continues this mission of making science understandable and practical for everyday health.
